- Playable videos call the configured fal video model when FAL_KEY is set.
- Voice playback calls Cartesia Sonic with per-character voice, speed, volume, and emotion controls; browser fallback uses distinct lively voices.
- Secrets stay on the Node server. The browser only sees on/off status.
